  • How long have you been in the industry?
    The Nizzi store has been in operation since 2023 and is an online ethnic concept store for unique ethical and eco-friendly items.
  • What differentiates you from your competitors?
    Our products are made by local artisans who use natural and recycled materials to create home decorations and fashion accessories. Our handcrafted products are the perfect choice for anyone who appreciates originality, quality and durability.
  • Do you accept returns/exchanges?
    Yes. In most cases, the refund is marked as pending for up to 2 business days, and it can take up to 10 business days for customers to receive the refunded amount. Please read our return policy rules for a step-by-step guide.
  • What payment method do you accept?

  • If you accept wire transfers, how long do customers have to make payment before their order is canceled and items are returned to stock ?
    The standard duration is 5 working days.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We ship to France and everywhere in the EU.
  • Where are your packages shipped from?
    All our packages are shipped from France.
  • How do you charge your shipping costs?

  • How long does it take you to process an order before it ships?
    Orders placed on working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) are processed immediately upon receipt.
  • What does "In transit" mean for Colissimo tracking?
    In transit means that an order has been shipped to the post office and is on its way to the postal dispatch centre or post office of destination, where a local driver or delivery person will pick it up.
  • Do you ship packages internationally?
    All packages are shipped to anywhere in the EU.
  • What does "No event found" mean for tracking Colissimo  shipments?
    This is normal, as some packages show nothing when searching for the tracking number until they arrive at the destination post office or postal centre near the delivery point. Many Parcels Postaux Plus and even Parcels Express leaving the French Post Office delivery network will display "No event found" until the day they are delivered. You can sometimes contact the Colissimo delivery post for more information.
